Fri, 06 Aug 2010 22:14:58 +0000 en hourly 1 DOL Announces “We Can Help” Campaign http://www.ofccp.com/blog/2010/04/11/19/ http://www.ofccp.com/blog/2010/04/11/19/#comments Sun, 11 Apr 2010 19:36:18 +0000 admin http://www.ofccp.com/blog/?p=19 On April 1st, the Secretary of Labor announced a national public awareness campaign called “We Can Help.” This public awareness campaign is designed by the Department of Labor to provide employees with information about their rights in the workplace and to educate them on how to seek the assistance of the Wage and Hour Division when they believe that they have been the subject of a violation.  While the “We Can Help” campaign is specific to the Wage and Hour division, it falls in-line with other similar initiatives within other divisions within the Department of Labor.
