EEO LOGIC will help you and your company navigate the Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity maze as we have done for so many of our clients.

EEO Logic is a full service consulting service that specializes in:

  • developing and implementing comprehensive Affirmative Action programs,
  • providing Affirmative Action consulting services,
  • conducting comprehensive compensation analyses,
  • developing rebuttals for allegations of systemic discrimination,
  • conducting mock OFCCP audits and
  • conducting AA and EEO seminars.

It is our mission to assist organizations in their effort to provide Equal Employment Opportunity. We do this by ensuring the accurate preparation of Affirmative Action Programs. This means creating an AAP that is in compliance with federal regulations to help the contractor reduce the possibility of costly losses encountered by non-compliance, inadequate attempts at compliance, or yet undiscovered discrimination practices.

IS A SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY NUFF'?

No, it may not be enough simply to have an EEO and sexual harassment policy in place.  At least according to the New Jersey Supreme Court.  In the decision, Gaines vs. Bellina, the courts indicated the key issue is to prove, "effective and practicial anti-harassment preventative and protective measures exist."  It is not acceptable to have a policy "in name only."  The court also spelled out an employer's obligation to train and monitor supervisors and managers around issues of sexual harassment.  This decision (August 2002) makes it quite clear that employers who fail to act aggressively to prevent harassment may find themselves responsible for damages.
